The only thing to know is that nothing should hurt. If you feel a pinching anywhere as you move through the routine just make the circle smaller and feel free to reach out for answers.

Arguably, our joints are the most important part of our body. At a fundamental level, if your joints don’t work well, you won’t move well.  The CARs routine is a set of movement and training techniques that have been selected based on a meticulous and rigorous investigation of evidence, conducted by physical conditioning and medical experts, as it pertains to body control, injury prevention, joint health, and physical longevity.

The deepest level of feedback about where your body is in space comes from your joints. The CARs routine teaches us about where are body is moving well and where it is potentially having problems.  It also conditions and lubricates our joints in addition to training the central nervous system and the musculoskeletal system.
